Who We Are
Our founder, Wei Ni, fondly called "Winnie", began her humble journey in 1998 in Kolkata, the City of Joy. With a deep love for cooking and a desire to support her five children, she turned her passion into a small business making prawn crackers. Each cracker was a testament to a mother's love –crispy, light, and full of flavor.
Now based in Canada, Wei Ni shares her story and unique culinary creations with the world. When you think of tasty treats, think of Winnie’s –Where love and tradition meet in every cracker.
